Parent and Student Handbook - This includes school policies and procedures that must be read and acknowledged in order for your student to be officially enrolled.
Enrollment Forms K- 8 - All applicants must be up to date on their immunizations. Incoming 7th grades must have their Tdap vaccine prior to start of school. Completed forms, copy of birth certificate and immunization records must be submitted with application.
