Make a Sadaqah Jariyah Contribution
The Islamic Academy of Riverside recently celebrated the graduation of its Class of 2025–2026, marking another milestone in the Academy's long tradition of academic excellence, Islamic values, and service to the Muslim community.
Since its founding in 1987, the Islamic Academy of Riverside has played a vital role in the educational and spiritual development of young Muslims throughout Riverside and the Inland Empire. For nearly four decades, the Academy has provided a nurturing environment where students develop strong academic foundations while growing in faith, character, and leadership.
This year's graduation ceremony was a proud moment for students, parents, teachers, and community members alike. Graduates reflected years of dedication and achievement, having completed an educational journey that emphasized both academic success and Islamic values. As they move on to the next stage of their education, they carry with them the knowledge, confidence, and character cultivated during their time at the Academy.
The graduation ceremony also served as a reminder of the Academy's lasting impact on the community. Over the years, thousands of students have passed through its classrooms. Today, Academy alumni can be found serving as professionals, educators, business owners, community leaders, and devoted parents. Many former students now return with their own children, continuing a tradition that spans generations.
What makes the Islamic Academy of Riverside unique is its commitment to educating the whole child. Students are encouraged to excel academically while strengthening their relationship with Allah (SWT), developing strong moral character, and embracing a lifelong commitment to learning and service.
As the Academy approaches its 40th year of service, the future remains bright. New families continue to discover the benefits of an education that combines academic rigor with Islamic values, while community members continue to support a mission that has positively influenced countless lives since 1987.
Supporting Islamic education is a meaningful form of Sadaqah Jariyah. Every student supported, every lesson taught, every Qur'an recitation learned, and every future leader nurtured becomes part of a lasting reward.
